Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. There will be a $7 return fee deducted from the amount when doing a return with Brooke and Peyton. The only exceptions to this will be if it is due to a defected item, wrong item sent, or store credit. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@brookeandpeyton.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. This includes any flash sales or promotions. This does not however include using a vip discount code for 15% off your order. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  



Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days from Brooke and Peyton. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

All items in our Halloween Preorder cannot be cancelled. Please review each item description carefully. 

Preorder closes on 6/1/2021 at 11:59 pm pst. Any extra stock that is needed to be ordered to meet minimums will drop in September.

Items are expected to ship out Mid-end of September. If orders do not ship out by October 15th 2021 for some reason then a refund can be applied for. If items come early they will be immediately shipped out. We are allowing ourselves some wiggle room as things have been unpredictable with shipment all over the world. 

Each item will have info in regards to how they fit, please keep in mind this is merely my opinion and the opinion of others who have shared feedback. 

Sezzle and discount codes may be applied to your order. 

No size edits can be made to your order after 6/1/2021. 

The photos used are rough drafts as we did not intend to do a Halloween preorder.

All items will be our lightweight bamboo material.

Wash care:  Please wash your items on cold, tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry. To preserve the life of your bamboo use softener and color guard sheet to prevent any bleeds if any were to occur. We are not responsible for any wash damage as these items are tested and certified. Please do not use mesh bags as they may cause snagging, pin holes, and piling. Do not wash on delicate as the longer it soaks the more damage it can do to your bamboo. Please do not wash in oxiclean as it may bleach your items.
